Tools are in sections:

  • Select
  • Bitmap
  • Vector
  • Web
  • Colors
  • View

Properties

If a tool has a little triangle at the bottom, then if you click and hold on the toolbutton, you can select more tools.

Whatever tool you have selected, you will see the options for that tool in the Properties panel. 

On the left you see which tool the properties are for, and to the right you have all the options for that tool.

SELECT TOols

At the top of the toolbar, you have the SELECT tools. 

  • The black arrow Pointer tool is what you use to move your photo/pieces. When you have a blue outline around a shape, then you have it selected. 

  • Right underneath it is the Scale tool (which you can use to resize or rotate something)

  • In the bottom right corner is the Crop tool (just drag out the size you want and Enter to apply it).
