Open this photo...

Lasso (feather 2-5): select towel. Be careful around the face, but go way outside the outside to make sure you’ve selected it all.

Copy & Paste. Double-click off with black arrow.

Adjust Hue/Saturation colorize

Lasso (feather 2-5): select clothes from the original layer.

Copy & paste into new layer, adjust Hue/Saturation – colorize.

To select the cheeks, use the Ellipse Marquee, make sure feathered 5-10.

Draw one oval, then hold SHIFT and draw the other oval.

Copy & Paste, adjust Hue/Saturation. Make it pretty bright red - make sure "colorize" is checked!

Then in Layers panel, decrease Opacity to 20-35% (so it looks natural). Also if you didn't have much feathering when you selected the cheeks, add Gaussian Blur (under Effects>Blur).
