Ghost

• Canvas color = black, around 500 x 500.
• Ellipse tool – draw out an oval, no stroke, white fill.
• Select the Reshape Area tool. Size 58, strength 80.

• Drag in and upwards to make a tail for the ghost. 

• Now make some arms by pulling out from the shape. Use the Pen tool and click and drag to create a new curved point. Then adjust the points/curves with the white arrow tool.
• Subselection tool: make the head, drag point in.

Use Ellipse tool, make some eyes and mouth (black fill). Use Reshape tool to reshape the mouth.

Use Pen tool, add a point on the tail and reshape the area.

And you're done.
