Textured Bevel
STROKE
Type out a word, fill with any color. Then click on the Stroke color square and using the eye dropper, click on the Fill color square to set it to the same color.
Fill
Click on the color square for the Fill, and go to Advanced Options...
... and choose a Texture from the drop-down menu, then set the % amount.
Filters
Go to the Properties panel, click on the Filters '+' button and choose Bevels>Inner Bevel ...
... then reduce the size of the bevel.
