Lady in Paris
Open the Paris picture below in a new document.
Copy the Lady picture and paste it into the same document.
resize lady
Scale down the size of the lady using the Scale tool to something like this...Enter to apply the transformation.
Delete lady background
Use the Magic Wand (Edge: anti-alias) to select the white background
Then delete it.
CTRL+D to deselect.
Levels
Make sure the black arrow tool is selected and you're on the "lady" layer.
And you're done...
